Your information will be used by StorkFi (Trading as Mrs Carters LTD) for the purposes of carrying out its application and recruitment/ property process which includes:

If you are offered and accept employment with StorkFi (trading as Mrs Carters LTD) , the information collected during the application and recruitment process will become part of your employment record.

Retention of your information
StorkFi (Trading as Mrs Carters LTD) will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which this data was collected and any other permitted linked purpose (such as in the event of an unsuccessful application process, to find another potentially suitable role).
We retain this information for various reasons, including in case we face a legal challenge in respect of a recruitment decision, to consider you for other current or future jobs at StorkFi (trading as Mrs Carters LTD) and to help us better understand, analyse and improve our recruitment processes.
If your application with StorkFi (trading as Mrs Carters LTD) is successful, the relevant data you have shared with us will become part of your employee file.
In the event of an unsolicited or unsuccessful application, in order to be considered for future job vacancies, we will keep your data on file for three years. At the end of this period, we will either seek your consent to renew the period to store your personal data for an additional three year period, or delete and/or destroy your data, unless you have already withdrawn your consent to our processing of your data, in which case it will be deleted or destroyed upon your withdrawal of consent.

Rights in respect of your information
